MA, Professional Counseling Associate
My work is rooted in liberation, self-discovery, and curiosity; I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive care via telehealth across Oregon.
I work with adults, couples, and consensual non-monogamous relationships, specializing in anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity questions, relationship challenges, and intergenerational trauma. I provide culturally aware, neurodivergent-affirming therapy for Persons of the Global Majority, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and clients navigating bicultural or intergenerational challenges.
As a relational therapist my approach is warm and direct. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, psychodynamic and mindfulness-informed practices, and somatic awareness to meet you where you are. I value transparency and honest feedback, and I explain my clinical reasoning and expected emotional responses during our work together.
I hold a Masters in Counseling from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I currently practice under the supervision of Roxanne Capparelli, LCSW #L11496.
Outside of clinical work, I enjoy hiking in the Columbia River Gorge, baking pastries, and spending time with my family and my black cat, Vail.
