About Gabby

I'm a nonbinary registered counselor associate in Portland, Oregon who has lived experience with chronic illness. I help folks come home to themselves through therapy that is holistic, compassionate, and depth oriented. I support queer and trans adults dealing with family trauma, neurodivergence, chronic pain, grief, gender identity, and relational challenges. My style is compassionate, playful, and lovingly sassy.

Specializations

I work with adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence, caregiving, people-pleasing, chronic pain, grief, gender identity, adult parentified children, and relational challenges. I especially enjoy supporting queer and trans adults reconnecting to their bodies and inner worlds through experiential work.

My Approach

I use Hakomi, R-CS, attachment-informed therapy, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and parts work/IFS. My experiential approach focuses on present-moment awareness through a culturally-aware systemic lens.
